Planned Parenthood provides medical treatment and reproductive health services to both women and men. Most insurance programs, including Medicaid, are accepted and a sliding fee scale is available for low-income patients. Services include birth control counseling, family planning, emergency contraception, yearly check-ups, including pelvic and breast exams and pap smears, pregnancy testing and counseling, STD/HIV testing and counseling, sports physicals, and screening tests for high blood pressure, high cholesterol and diabetes.
